I would like to personally welcome you to my new blog, one that is focused on bringing you great information on how you can get your mortgage working for you, helping you achieve the financial freedom you always dreamed of.
The plan for this site is to provide various strategies, techniques, mortgage options, and more. All information will be designed to help you decide what strategy may be in your best interest to achieve your specific goals and dreams. No legal advice or specific investments will be discussed, but rather a general overview of each "idea".
Please do not take anything you read here as "gospel". The strategies shown are ones I use to help my own clients, but do not assume they apply to you as well. They will provide a good insight on your options, but your specific situation may demand a different approach than what you read. There are literally thousands of different ways to make even the same strategy work. Also, remember that rates, loan programs, etc. change daily, so what worked today may not work tomorrow.
Again, my goal for this site is to provide you with valuable information that provides insight and direction to get you started on the path to financial freedom using your mortgage as a tool.
